1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted one active account on the manum888 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full name as per MyKad, date of birth, mobile phone number and a valid email address
• Update your account information promptly should any changes occur
• Keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Notify manum888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account

manum888 reserves the right at any time to require users to submit supporting documents for identity verification purposes, including a copy of their MyKad or valid travel document. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

manum888 accepts deposits via various approved payment methods. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM30. Accepted payment methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposit details entered are correct. manum888 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user during deposit processing.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM100. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

The withdrawal conditions that must be met are as follows:

• The user's account has successfully completed the identity verification process
• There are no ongoing investigations into the account in question
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved by manum888

manum888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for security review or additional identity verification purposes. In such cases, our support team will contact the user through their registered channel.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

7 User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users of the manum888 platform are fully responsible for all activities that take place through their respective accounts. Users agree not to engage in the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other methods to access or interact with the platform unfairly
• Fraud, manipulation, or any action intended to deceive manum888 or other users
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Exploiting any technical errors or bugs in the platform system

8 Account Suspension and Termination

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the user once all review processes are complete.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, manum888, its directors, employees, and related companies will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from or related to the use of this platform.

manum888 does not guarantee that this platform will operate at all times without interruption or free from errors. manum888 reserves the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, system upgrades, or other technical reasons without providing compensation to users.
